I had an air leak and I thought it was the chamber but Steve started the diagnostic and found the faulty valve. It was not the chamber; it was the main valve and they replaced it. I was back on the road fast

I had a problem with my older freightliner called C&D spoke with Stan. He asked me if he could schedule me in.As soon as I pulled up They came out hooked up to my truck figured out what was wrong. Made some parameter changes asked me to take it for a ride. They got me in and out with a very fair bill!! I couldn’t be happier. It’ rare when a company can exceed your expectation. They did a great job. I highly recommend them.

STAY AWAY…STAY AWAY…STAY AWAY!!!!! I found these crooks on Google hoping they would be able to take care of my truck. Where do I begin? The owner is extremely rude and entitled, and based off of their website it’s a second generation owned shop and his entitlement shows. I have worked in the logistics industry for over 15 years and he is probably the worst I’ve dealt with in a very long time. Aside from the severe lack of professionalism, they refuse to provide you with quotes so you’re left at the mercy of whatever they decide, and decide they did. I had asked several techs and the manufacturer about timing and specs on the job I had requested and the owner purposely over billed and even attempted to charge me for unauthorized work. They will not call to even ask permission to provide additional work. From my experience in the industry and my own experience with the owner, it looks like this guy over inflates his invoices to keep some extra cash in his pocket. I even filed a grievance with the BBB and OH Sec of State due to how egregious his behavior and practices are.

I would like to thank Ron and Tom for all their hard work and customer service. I came in because I had a rip in my Airline, I called ahead I was about 10 minutes away when I got there they took me in right away. They repaired my Airline in record time and had me back on the road in 20 minutes give or take. They're very polite professional. Due to their hard work I was able to make it to my destination in time. If you're in the area this place is worth it.
